Help

You work in your AI app; OrgSync gives it what your company has shared, with citations, and asks you before anything is shared. The OrgSync website is for joining, connecting your AI app, a daily catch-up on Home, your team, billing and settings.

AI apps can read this help as text at orgsync.co/help.md.

Getting started as an owner

  1. Sign up

Go to Sign in and choose Continue with Google, or create an account with your email and a password. OrgSync emails you a link to verify the address first.

  2. Create your company

Three short steps: its name, where it's based and its stage, and, if you like, where you want help first. You can describe what it does now or later; your team's AI uses that description as background. Change any of it in Settings › Company.

  3. Start your free trial or choose a plan

The setup guide opens next and asks this first. Until setup is done, it opens again each time you come back, unless you choose Later on its Home card; Open setup on Home brings it back any time. The free trial takes a card but charges nothing until it ends, and you can cancel before then. You can also decide later in Settings › Billing. See Plans, free trial and usage.

  4. Describe your role

Optional, and takes a minute. Fill in the fields, paste a job description, or describe it in a short chat that drafts your role for you to check and edit. Nothing is saved until you save or confirm. It helps your AI focus on your work.

  5. Connect your AI

Pick your AI app and follow its steps, then run /orgsync:get-started in a new chat. It checks the connection, welcomes you by role and asks three quick choices: what OrgSync should help with first, whether your AI offers to share decisions or waits for you to ask, and whether it gives you a short brief when you start working. The guide shows when it works. See Connect your AI.

  6. Bring your company in

In your AI app, run /orgsync:import to bring in decisions from tools your AI app already reaches, from your past chats where your AI app can search them, or by answering a few questions. You check every draft, then one approval shares the ones you keep. Home shows how much your AI can draw on across eight items: sales and marketing, finance, legal, product, hiring and people, operations, a company goal and everyone's role. The step is done at 6 of 8, so areas that don't apply yet can wait. See Bring in existing material and Share what you know.

  7. See your picture and ask something real

Run /orgsync:today to see what needs you and the decisions that shape your work. Make one update a company decision: say “Make that a company decision.” and confirm through OrgSync's prompt or chat confirmation. In a new chat, ask something that depends on it: your AI answers with a citation.

  8. Invite teammates

In Settings › Team, choose Invite teammate. Enter their email and the access they get, and optionally describe their role: its title, what it's for, what they own, and what they decide alone and what they ask about. OrgSync makes an invite link that you send them yourself. It works only for that email, expires in 7 days and is shown only once; choose Get new link if it's lost. There's no per-person charge.

  9. Run your weekly review

Once a week, run /orgsync:review to check in on your goals and share the decisions you choose. As an owner, you also see your members' latest reviews. See Your weekly review.
