The company operating layer for the AI era

Keep every person's AI on the company's goals.

People and AI agents now produce more work than anyone can manage. Without current company context, they drift from your goals, and that drift gets expensive.

OrgSync gives every teammate's Claude, ChatGPT or Codex one Company Brain. Everyone sees only what their role allows, and a person approves every change.

A two-minute film on how OrgSync keeps a company's people and their AI working from the same approved decisions, goals and rules, with a person deciding every change.

The coordination problem

AI speed is not company speed.

AI can produce work quickly. Your company only moves quickly when people and AI share the right context, decisions, ownership, and authority.

Two teammates and an AI point at one another in confusion.

Every person briefs their AI separately, creating duplicate work and conflicting answers.

Shared drives and search find documents, but can’t tell anyone which decision is current or approved.

People and AI lack knowledge matched to their role, responsibility, and authority.

Decisions get buried, so no one knows what changed or what happens next.

Lessons from finished work never reach the next task, so the company keeps starting over.

The product

From context to accountable action.

OrgSync connects what the company knows to who owns the work and who must approve it.

Company Brain

Keep current decisions and role-aware context together.

Owned work

Give every next step a clear owner and definition of done.

Human approval

Nothing becomes company knowledge until a person approves it.

Three steps to start using OrgSync

  1. Step 1: Create your company

Set up your company and describe your role. Invite your teammates when you’re ready.

  2. Step 2: Connect your AI

Follow the guided setup for Claude, ChatGPT or Codex. It connects OrgSync and adds our plugin, which shows your AI how to use the Company Brain.

  3. Step 3: Start with real work

Review and share a company update from your AI, then ask a question that uses it. Your team builds on the same shared context.

Two teammates and an AI collaborate around company context, owned work and human approval.

Less briefing. More doing.

Say what you need. OrgSync supplies the company context.

Your AI gets the company context your role allows, so you stop rebuilding the background before every request.

Turn AI speed into company speed.

Create your company, connect the AI you already use, and share the one decision your team keeps re-explaining.

Questions

What is a Company Brain?

Your company's approved decisions, goals and know-how in one place. Anyone on the team can ask their AI app about it and get an answer that cites its source.

Where does my team use it?

Day to day, inside the AI app they already use: Claude, ChatGPT or Codex. For a quick check on the company, the OrgSync web app shows what changed, what needs you, goals with their progress and who's working on what.

How do we get started?

Create your company, connect your AI app with the steps in OrgSync, and share one decision your team keeps re-explaining. Grow from there.

Who sees what?

Each person sees what their role allows. Drafts stay private until the author shares them, and nothing becomes company knowledge until a person approves it.

Will our data train AI models?

No. We don't train models on your content, and the AI providers we use for it are set to keep none of it. Your own AI app's terms cover what it reads.

What if the brain doesn't know?

It says so instead of guessing. OrgSync returns only approved sources, each with a citation, and tells your AI when nothing matches.

What's an AI employee?

Your company's own AI worker, with a role, goals and a monthly credit cap. One person answers for it and approves anything it can't do alone. We're trying them at OrgSync first; they aren't open to companies yet.
